Select one of our designs, create a custom design or provide us your own design from which to quote.

INCLUSIONS
Select your Full Turn Key Inclusions - Either Standard or Premium ( As Per Display Home )
03.
QUOTE
Fixed Price Building Quote will be provided based on selected inclusions.
04.
DRAFT
Plans are drafted and all changes are finalised.
05.
APPROVED
Plans are approved by owner.
06.
CONTRACT PREPARED
Building Contract is Prepared.
07.
CONTRACT SIGNED
Building Contract is Signed.
08.
PLANS LODGED
Plans are lodged with our private certifier – the building application lodgement and approval time is subject to council.
09.
FINALISE COLOURS
Colour Selection is booked in with our consultant to finalise your colour selections.
10.
FINAL
Once we receive the approved plans, your finance approval and signed colour selections, We Can Start Construction.
